The Clarets Foundation and Claret & Blue Bond are promoted under Operating Licence No. 005185-N-100370-011 and Ancillary Remote Operating Licence No. 005185-A-313666-005. Both these licences are held by Burnley Football Club Development Association and registered with the Gambling Commission.
The Goalden Gamble, Clarets Legends scratch cards and all Burnley FC online draws are promoted under Licence No SL0065, held by MLL Development Association and registered with Burnley Borough Council.
It is a criminal offence to play in any Clarets Lottery if you are under 16 years. All advance paying customers funds are protected. In the event of a draw not taking place due to unforeseen circumstances, it will take place at the next earliest convenient time and monies honoured.
